The property had been dealing with persistent damp issues, primarily due to aged and incorrectly fitted leadwork. The incorrect substrate had been fitted, causing the lead to split.
To address these problems, we replaced the old leadwork with Code 6 bays and expansion joints, ensuring a more robust and long-lasting solution. We also installed a secret gutter to efficiently manage water runoff, safeguarding the property from future leaks and ensuring it remains dry and protected for years to come.
